Lawyered ChallanPay Aram Se Campaign
Lawyered has launched a new campaign for its traffic challan platform ChallanPay, titled ‘ChallanPay – Aaram Se’, featuring actor Pratik Gandhi. The campaign was launched at Ideabaaz Startup Fest 2026 and focuses on the issue of pending traffic challans and the need for motorists to address them instead of leaving them unresolved. The campaign has been created by Thinkstr and uses everyday situations and humour to present the process of dealing with traffic challans.

Campaign Focuses on Pending Challans
The central message of the campaign is that an unpaid or unresolved challan does not go away simply because it is ignored. The film shows Pratik Gandhi appearing in different situations and reminding the main character about his pending challan. The storyline connects the issue of challan resolution with responsible driving and following road rules. ChallanPay allows users to check their traffic challans and access services related to payment and resolution.
Pratik Gandhi's Association with Lawyered
Pratik Gandhi began his association with Lawyered in August 2025. According to the company, the association was aimed at making conversations around legal and traffic-related issues easier for consumers to understand. The latest campaign continues that association by focusing on traffic challans and road behaviour rather than only communicating the platform's services.
Speaking about the campaign, Pratik Gandhi said, "Road safety and responsible driving are things that affect all of us in our everyday lives. What I appreciated about the idea is that it encourages people to slow down, follow traffic rules, and be more aware and responsible citizens on the road. And in case a challan does happen, it's equally important for people to take the responsibility to resolve it properly."
ChallanPay Expands its Reach
Lawyered said ChallanPay currently covers more than 50 lakh vehicles, compared with around 6 lakh vehicles earlier. The company also said the value of challans discovered through the platform has increased from around Rs 4 crore to more than Rs 2,000 crore. The number of challans and incidents processed through the platform has risen from around 30,000 to 3.35 lakh, according to the company. Lawyered said its network includes more than 80,000 lawyers, with services covering around 18,000 courts and more than 700 RTOs across India.
Focus on Road Behaviour
The campaign is also part of Lawyered's wider ‘Be Road Smart’ messaging, which focuses on road safety and responsible driving. Rather than presenting challans only as a payment-related issue, the campaign links them to driving behaviour and encourages motorists to keep track of their traffic violations and take action when required.
Himanshu Gupta, Founder & CEO, Lawyered said, "With 'ChallanPay – Aaram Se', we wanted to create a campaign that goes beyond awareness and genuinely resonates with people's everyday experiences on Indian roads. Through humour and relatable storytelling, the campaign highlights how ChallanPay simplifies challan discovery, payment, and resolution, including complex court challans, while also encouraging more responsible road behaviour."
Elctrik Speaks
Traffic challans are not just about making a payment. They are also a reminder that road rules and responsible driving are part of everyday mobility. The campaign looks at the issue through familiar situations and aims to make people more aware of the need to check and resolve pending challans on time.
