Imperial Auto Industries Limited has hired Sandeep Bathla as its Chief Global Operations Officer (CGOO). Bathla will head the manufacturing operations of the company as it strives to enhance its operational efficiency. Bathla will directly report to Vikram Wagh who is Managing Director and CEO of Imperial Auto. Bathla as CGOO will be responsible for making efforts towards increasing the efficiency of manufacturing operations.

Bathla has joined Imperial Auto with more than three decades of experience in the automotive industry as well as manufacturing. This has been gathered in terms of operations, manufacturing and business management.

Before assuming his current position, he worked with Plasser India as an Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer. Previously in his career, Bathla worked with several well-established firms such as:

  • Blue Star Limited.
  • Motherson Sintermetal Technology Limited.
  • Eicher Tractors.

His diverse experience in both industrial as well as automotive business organizations should help Imperial Auto in its quest for improvement. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from National Institute of Technology, Kurukshetra. Additionally, he has a Doctor of Philosophy from European International University, Paris.
