Hyundai Jio-BP EV Charging Partnership
The collaboration between Hyundai Motor India Limited (HMIL) and Jio-bp has been made. For the purpose of integrating their charging networks for EVs. To enable users to access a bigger public charging ecosystem across the country. The collaboration was announced in Gurugram on 25th August 2026 and will facilitate easy access, discovery, and charging of EVs. Over 7,000 Jio-bp pulse charging points in 300+ cities have been added to HMIL's existing charging ecosystem. Thereby increasing the number of public charging points in the myHyundai app from over 30,000 to over 37,000.

Use myHyundai to Access Jio-bp Charging Points
The most significant benefit of the collaboration for EV users is the expansion of the charging ecosystem for EVs. The Jio-bp charging points are now available to be discovered and accessed through the myHyundai app.
The myHyundai charging network is not exclusive for Hyundai EVs only. According to HMIL, EV users regardless of their brand can use the app to discover. Access charging points in the network.
Some benefits offered by the network of Jio-bp are:
- Over 7,000 live charging points
- Presence in 300+ cities
- Charging point on major national highways
- 60 kW to 480 kW high capacity DC fast chargers
- Uptime of the network is 96%
Highway presence of the charging stations can prove helpful to the EV users travelling from one city to another. Because reliable and fast charging stations on highways are crucial in such cases.

HMIL Charger Network To Integrate in Jio-bp App
The integration of the networks into the myHyundai app is not the only benefit that this collaboration will bring for EV users. The charger network owned by HMIL itself will gradually be integrated into the Jio-bp pulse charge pro app.
Currently, there are 183 DC fast charging stations operated by HMIL. However, it aims to expand its proprietary network by installing 600 charging stations by 2030. Thus, the users will get access to the charging facilities on both companies' platforms.
