It is reported that E3 Electric.AI will release its first electric scooter called Trion tomorrow in India. This startup from Bengaluru has already managed to generate hype with teaser videos and spy shots, and the time when the Trion will officially be unveiled has come closer.
New Family-Oriented EV
The e3 Trion was designed specifically for those people who need a practical electric scooter to use it every day. Spy shots and leaks about the Trion say that the vehicle will have a comfortable passenger seat, pillion backrest, big 14-inch wheels, and a hub-mounted electric motor. The Trion will be focused more on comfort than on performance.
Moreover, E3 Electric.AI claims that their new electric scooter will be “intelligent.” It means that its software will be more developed compared to other mass-produced EVs.

- Removable battery packs within the range of 2 kWh to 4 kWh.
- Hub motor for the rear wheel.
- Features like cruise control and park mode switch.
- Smartphone mount along with some app-based features.
- AI-powered features like pothole detection, collision alerting and traffic rules compliance assistance.

Price and Position in the Market
The official pricing hasn't been made yet, however, initial estimates put the E3 Trion at the cost ranging from Rs 99,999 to Rs 1.50 lakh.
