BikeWo-Evify MoU to Develop AI Powered Electric Logistics Platform
A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed between BikeWo Green Tech Limited and Evify Logitech Private Limited. To develop technology and data platforms for electric logistics. This partnership will ensure a combination of hardware, data collection, AI and fleet operations to develop technology for the evolving electric mobility and logistics ecosystem.

Proposed Partnership for Data, Hardware and AI
This would be an exciting partnership for both the companies. As it will ensure a combination of the current capabilities of both. Evify will be contributing to app-based logistics and rider data, while BikeWo will be developing hardware enabled technology solutions for data collection.
These data sets can be processed using AI and other technologies to develop applications for:
- Fleet operations
- Efficiency of routes
- Performance of riders and vehicles
- Predictive insights
- Logistics intelligence
Technology pilot studies are also planned prior to deployment. Technology pilots are needed to evaluate the quality of the data gathered, performance of the hardware, and potential application scenarios and commercial viability of the proposal.
Hiten Pal Saklani, Chief Executive Officer of BikeWo Green Tech Limited, said: “Technology and data will increasingly determine how efficiently large mobility and logistics fleets are operated. Through our collaboration with Evify, we intend to combine app-based operational data with hardware-enabled data acquisition and artificial intelligence to develop a deeper technology layer for logistics. The proposed vehicle deployment gives us a real-world environment in which these capabilities can be developed and scaled.”
Deployment in Phase I Including 500 Electric Vehicles
One of the most important components of the MoU is the suggested deployment of around 500 EV in Evify’s logistics operations. The purpose of the first phase is that it will create an operational environment for both companies to test the technology in real-life scenarios.
In case Phase I will be successful and both companies come to agreement. Regarding commercial and operational aspects of the cooperation. The cooperation could potentially grow to 10,000 electric vehicles within three years.
The large-scale deployment mentioned above is only a strategic goal at this point. The deployment will depend on financing, supply of vehicles, success of the first phase, and other factors.
Development of Technology to Be Done in Practice
While technology development in isolation is a common practice. This partnership would see Evify's fleet being used as a real setting for this development. In this way, both parties might see the problems of practical application and work out the solution before any further steps are taken.
Another aspect of this collaboration would be the development of various technologies. Such as datasets, algorithms, and models which would be applied in other areas in the future.
Devrishi Arora, CEO, Evify Logitech Private Limited, said: “Evify has built its operations around technology-enabled electric logistics. Combining our operational ecosystem and app-based capabilities with BikeWo’s proposed hardware and data capabilities creates an opportunity to develop new intelligence around fleets, riders and logistics operations. We see this collaboration as an important step towards building more technology-driven and scalable electric logistics infrastructure.”
Electric Logistics and the Role of Data Management
The MoU between BikeWo and Evify has been signed at a time. When the topic of electric logistics shifts from mere replacement of conventional means by electric ones. Data management is becoming an essential part of logistics and route planning.
ELCTRIK Speaks
As far as BikeWo and Evify are concerned. The primary focus now will be on implementing the proposed deployment of 500 vehicles and validating the technology itself. In case of success, the first phase itself can lay down the groundwork for a much larger deployment. Both parties will independently work on finalising the terms of the collaboration.
