Zypp Electric has announced the launch of Season 3 of its EVolve Innovation Challenge, an initiative focused on supporting startups and organisations working in the electric mobility space. The announcement was made on April 6, 2026, with applications now open to participants across India.
Funding and Support Structure
Selected participants in this edition will be eligible for funding of up to Rs 30 lakh through Zypp Electric and its investor network. In addition to financial support, shortlisted teams will get access to incubation facilities to test and develop their solutions.
The programme also includes mentorship from industry professionals across electric mobility, logistics, and technology sectors. Participants will also be given opportunities to present their ideas to potential investors.
Focus Areas for Innovation
The challenge invites applications from startups working across multiple segments within the EV ecosystem. These include:
- Electric vehicle hardware
- Battery technology
- Charging infrastructure
- Mobility software
- Financing and business models
The initiative is open to both early-stage ideas and existing startups working on EV-related solutions.
Previous Participants
Startups such as Flo-Mobility, TSAW Drones, and NikolEV have been part of earlier editions of the programme. These companies are working in areas such as autonomous delivery, drone-based logistics, and EV charging solutions.
