VinFast will launch the VF MPV 7 in India on April 15, 2026. The model will be positioned in the electric MPV segment and is expected to be available in both private and fleet-focused variants, including a Limo Green version.
Vinfast VF MPV 7: Exterior and Dimensions
The VF MPV 7 is expected to retain the dimensions of its global-spec version, measuring 4,740mm in length, 1,872mm in width and 1,734mm in height, with a 2,840mm wheelbase. The exterior design includes vertically positioned LED headlamps integrated into the bumper, LED daytime running lights at both ends, and wrap-around tail-lamps. Other elements include black body cladding, chrome detailing around the windows, 19-inch alloy wheels, and a roof-mounted spoiler. The rear profile remains upright with design inserts on the bumper.

Vinfast VF MPV 7: Interior
The VF MPV 7 is expected to offer a three-row seating layout for up to seven occupants. The interior layout follows a simple design with a flat dashboard and minimal controls. Materials are expected to include leatherette upholstery and plastic trims across key touchpoints. The second row is likely to offer foldable seats in a 60:40 configuration to allow access to the third row. Rear passengers are expected to get dedicated air vents.

The VF MPV 7 is expected to come with a 10.1-inch touchscreen that handles infotainment as well as vehicle-related information such as speed, range, and battery status. The model does not include a separate instrument cluster.
Other expected features include automatic climate control, smartphone connectivity (Apple CarPlay and Android Auto), USB ports, a four-speaker audio system, and a manually adjustable inside rearview mirror. Safety features are expected to include ABS with EBD, electronic stability control, multiple airbags, and a reversing camera.
Vinfast VF MPV 7: Battery, Range and Performance
The India-spec VF MPV 7 is expected to use a 60.13kWh battery pack paired with a front-mounted electric motor producing 204hp and 280Nm of torque. Driving modes are likely to include Eco, Normal, and Sport, along with multiple levels of regenerative braking. The model is expected to deliver a claimed range of over 500km. Fast charging support of up to 80kW DC is expected, with a 10–80 percent charge time of around 30 minutes. Suspension tuning may be revised for Indian road conditions.
Vinfast VF MPV 7: Expected Price and Rivals
The VF MPV 7 is expected to be priced between Rs 18 lakh and Rs 25 lakh. Pre-bookings were opened earlier with a token amount of Rs 21,000. In India, it is expected to compete with models such as the Kia Carens Clavis EV, Mahindra XEV 9S, and BYD eMax7.
