Tsuyo Manufacturing Pvt. Ltd., an Indian electric mobility component manufacturer focused on powertrain technologies, has been selected among 120 startups under Bharat Innovates 2026, an initiative of the Ministry of Education, Government of India.

Selection Under National Startup Initiative

Bharat Innovates 2026 is a programme designed to identify and support technology-focused startups from across India. The initiative was announced by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on February 17, 2026, during the India-France Year of Innovation, with the objective of providing selected startups access to mentoring, industry connections, and international exposure.

Tsuyo's inclusion reflects its involvement in the development and manufacturing of electric vehicle powertrain components for India's growing EV sector.

Focus on Electric Mobility Technologies

The company works on integrated powertrain solutions used in electric vehicles and has been expanding its capabilities in areas such as motors, controllers, and related EV technologies. Its products are aimed at supporting original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) across different vehicle categories.

The selection comes as India continues to focus on domestic manufacturing and the development of technologies that support electric mobility adoption.

International Engagement Opportunity

As part of the programme, selected startups will participate in activities scheduled to be held in Nice, France, from June 14 to 16, 2026. The initiative is expected to provide opportunities for interaction with industry stakeholders, investors, and technology leaders from different markets.

Through Bharat Innovates 2026, participating startups will have access to mentorship programmes, networking opportunities, and platforms to showcase their technologies to a wider audience.
