Tata Sierra EV: Variant wise price list

The Tata Sierra EV is available in five variants: Pure, Pure S, Adventure, Empowered and Empowered A. Buyers can choose between 63 kWh RWD, 75 kWh RWD and 75 kWh AWD powertrain options, depending on the variant. Prices are as follows (all prices ex-showroom):

Tata Sierra EV: Battery Pack and Powertrain

The Sierra EV is based on Tata Motors' Acti.ev+ platform and is offered with two battery pack options:

  • 63 kWh battery
  • 75 kWh battery

Both battery packs are available with a rear-mounted electric motor producing 315 Nm of torque. The 63 kWh version develops 238 hp, while the 75 kWh RWD variant produces 209 hp.

The 75 kWh battery is also available with a dual-motor AWD setup. This version adds a 140 hp front motor, taking the combined torque output to 504 Nm. Tata claims a 0-100 km/h acceleration time of 5.8 seconds for the AWD variant in Boost Mode.

Tata Sierra EV: Range and Charging

According to Tata Motors, the claimed MIDC-certified range is:

  • 665 km for the 75 kWh RWD variant
  • 624 km for the 75 kWh AWD variant
  • 535 km for the 63 kWh variant

Using a 120 kW DC fast charger, the battery can be charged from 20 to 80 percent in around 26 minutes. Tata also states that up to 263 km of range can be added in 15 minutes under suitable charging conditions.

With a 7.2 kW AC charger, a full charge from 10 to 100 percent takes approximately 8.9 hours for the 63 kWh battery and 10.5 hours for the 75 kWh battery.

Tata Sierra EV: Exterior Design

The Sierra EV shares its overall design with the ICE-powered Sierra. Changes include a revised front fascia, a different bumper design and EV-specific badging. The side profile and rear design remain largely unchanged.

The SUV is offered with 18-inch alloy wheels, while higher variants receive 19-inch wheels. Ground clearance stands at 205 mm.
