Skoda Auto has revealed exterior design sketches of the upcoming Peaq, a new electric seven-seater SUV that will sit at the top of the company's electric vehicle portfolio. The sketches provide an early look at the vehicle's exterior design ahead of its global unveiling. The automaker confirmed that the world premiere of the Peaq will take place in Monnetier-Mornex, France, on June 23, 2026.
Skoda Peaq: Front Design
The front of the SUV incorporates slim T-shaped headlamps along with Skoda's Tech-Deck Face design element. A connecting strip between the lights creates a continuous visual pattern across the front fascia.
The bumper adopts a volcano-shaped design with a prominent lower section and a horizontal character line extending across the front.
Skoda Peaq: Side Profile
From the side, the Peaq features a high shoulder line and wide D-pillars. The design sketches also show flush door handles integrated into the body panels. The SUV's exterior surfaces follow a relatively clean design approach with minimal detailing, reflecting the company's current design language.

Skoda Peaq: Rear Design
At the rear, the SUV uses T-shaped tail lamps connected by a central design element. The arrangement mirrors the lighting pattern seen at the front, creating a consistent visual identity across the vehicle.
Further details, including technical specifications, battery options, range figures and market plans, are expected to be revealed during the official debut event later this month.
Karl Neuhold, Head of Exterior Design at Škoda Auto, explains: “In designing the exterior of the Škoda Peaq, we consistently applied the Modern Solid design language, combining clean lines, balanced proportions and distinctive elements. Precisely sculpted surfaces and clearly structured details create a confident, timeless presence, while signature features such as the T-shaped headlights and Tech-Deck Face express Škoda’s identity in a new electric era.”
Elctrik Speaks
The Peaq is expected to play a key role in Skoda's expanding electric vehicle strategy, particularly in the large family SUV segment. With seven-seat electric SUVs still limited in several markets, the model could strengthen the brand's presence in the premium electric mobility space. More clarity on its positioning, performance and global rollout plans will emerge at its official unveiling on June 23.
