Kia India reported total wholesales of 27,610 units in February 2026. The company had sold 25,026 units in February 2025, resulting in a year-on-year growth of 10.3%.
According to the company, this is its highest February sales figure since it started operations in the Indian market. It also marks the second consecutive month of double-digit growth in 2026.
Model-Wise Contribution
- The updated Kia Seltos contributed to the overall monthly performance, supported by customer demand for the refreshed model.
- The Kia Sonet continued to account for a significant share of total volumes in the compact SUV segment.
- The Kia Carens Clavis and the Kia Carens Clavis EV also added to the company’s February numbers, with steady demand reported across markets.
- In the premium MPV segment, the Kia Carnival remained part of the brand’s portfolio contributing to overall volumes.
Network and Operations
Kia India stated that its sales performance was supported by its nationwide distribution and service network. The company currently operates 849 touchpoints across 382 cities in India.
It also runs 122 certified pre-owned outlets aimed at facilitating used car sales and exchanges. The company said its supply chain and operational planning have helped manage deliveries amid steady demand.
Outlook
Following its performance in the first two months of 2026, Kia India said it will continue to focus on expanding its electric vehicle portfolio and maintaining sales momentum in the coming months.
