Ola Electric has launched a new customer community initiative called ‘Ola Insiders’. The announcement was made in Bengaluru on March 1, 2026. The program is open to the company’s existing customer base of over one million riders in India.


The initiative provides benefits in three areas: vehicle upgrades, additional purchases under the same ownership, and referral rewards.


Upgrade Benefits for Existing Gen 1 and Gen 2 Owners

Under the upgrade option, customers owning Gen 1 and Gen 2 scooters can move to the latest Gen 3 S1 scooters or the Roadster motorcycle range. The company is offering benefits of up to ₹50,000 on these upgrades, including models equipped with 4680 Bharat Cell variants.


Add-On Purchase Benefits

Existing customers purchasing an additional Ola vehicle under the same registered name can receive benefits of up to ₹20,000. These include cashback and MoveOS-related upgrades.


Referral Rewards

The referral component allows current customers to earn up to ₹5,000 in Ola credits after the successful delivery of a referred vehicle. The referred buyer will receive a cashback of ₹1,000.

  3. S1 X (3kWh) – ₹98,999

The Roadster motorcycle portfolio includes:

The Ola Insiders program applies across these product lines and is aimed at existing customers looking to upgrade or expand their vehicle ownership within the brand.
