Nawgati announced the launch of Aaveg Pro during the Petrol Dealers Association Pune (PDAP) Annual General Meeting held in Pune. The platform is aimed at supporting daily operations at fuel retail outlets.
Focus on Operations
Aaveg Pro is built to handle day-to-day issues at fuel stations such as manual sales matching, tracking stock, managing fleet billing, and fixing payment differences. It also helps record daily checks and keep track of credit given to customers.
Features for Dealers
The platform helps dealers manage sales, staff shifts, and nozzle-wise records. It includes tools for tracking fuel stock, checking stock differences, handling fleet contracts, creating bills, tracking credit, and managing vouchers. It also shows overall financial data in one place.
Tax and Record Management
The system supports tax calculations like VAT, GST, cess, and surcharges. This helps dealers keep proper records for audits and compliance.
System Integration
The company said Aaveg Pro can connect with existing fuel station systems such as fuel dispensers, storage tanks, compressors, CCTV, and vehicle tracking systems. This allows dealers to monitor different operations from a single platform.
Vaibhav Kaushik, Co-Founder & CEO of Nawgati, said, “The launch of Aaveg Pro reflects our continued commitment to building solutions that solve real operational challenges for fuel dealers. Fuel retail in India still relies heavily on fragmented and manual workflows across accounting, stock monitoring, reconciliation, and customer credit management. With Aaveg Pro, we are bringing these critical functions onto one integrated platform so that dealers can operate with greater visibility, control, and efficiency.”
Aalaap Nair, Co-Founder, Nawgati, said, “Aaveg Pro has been built specifically for the day-to-day realities of fuel retail operations in India. From shift-level reconciliation and stock tracking to consolidated fleet invoicing and live financial reporting, the platform is designed to reduce complexity and improve decision-making at the station level. Our goal is to help dealers move away from manual processes and adopt a smarter, more scalable way of running their businesses.”
