JSW MG Motor India has revised the prices of its premium electric vehicles in India. The update, introduced in April 2026, impacts both the MG M9 and the MG Cyberster. The MG M9 MPV is now priced at Rs 75.90 lakh (ex-showroom), marking an increase of Rs 5 lakh. Meanwhile, the MG Cyberster has received a price hike of around Rs 2.5 lakh and is now available at Rs 77.49 lakh (ex-showroom). Both models continue to be offered in single, fully equipped variants.

MG M9 MPV: Specifications
The MG M9 is an electric MPV positioned in the premium segment and is available with a seven-seat layout. It is powered by a 90 kWh battery pack that produces 241 bhp and 350 Nm of torque, with a claimed driving range of up to 548 km on a single charge. The vehicle supports 11 kW AC charging, which takes around 8.5 hours for a full charge, while DC fast charging can charge the battery from 30 to 80 percent in about 30 minutes.
Inside the cabin, the MG M9 includes a 7-inch driver display and a 12.23-inch infotainment screen with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay connectivity. Other features include a panoramic sunroof, digital rear-view mirror, 13-speaker JBL sound system, wireless charging, and vehicle-to-load (V2L) and vehicle-to-vehicle (V2V) charging functions. In terms of market positioning, it sits alongside models such as the Kia Carnival, Toyota Vellfire, and Mercedes-Benz V-Class.
MG Cyberster: Specifications
The MG Cyberster is an electric roadster with a focus on performance and is offered with a dual-motor all-wheel-drive setup. It uses a 77 kWh battery pack and delivers 510 bhp and 725 Nm of torque. The vehicle can accelerate from 0 to 100 kmph in 3.2 seconds and has a claimed range of up to 580 km.
The interior features a three-screen layout along with wireless connectivity, an 8-speaker Bose sound system, ventilated seats, dual-zone climate control, and ambient lighting. The design includes scissor-style doors and a convertible roof configuration. At present, there are no direct electric rivals to the Cyberster in the Indian market.
