Mahindra Charge_iN Network Reaches 50 EV Charging Stations in India
Mahindra’s Charge_iN network has expanded to 50 locations with 200 live charging points across India. The company plans to increase the network to 250 stations and around 1,000 charging points by December 2027.
Mahindra has expanded its Charge_iN public electric vehicle (EV) charging network to 50 operational locations across India, with a total of 200 live charging points. The latest addition is located at HP Auto Care Centre in Sajgaon, Pune, along the Mumbai–Pune Expressway.
The company plans to expand the network to 250 stations with approximately 1,000 charging points by December 2027. In a statement issued on September 24, 2026, Mahindra said the network expansion is part of its plan to increase access to public EV charging infrastructure across the country.

First Charging Station Under Mahindra–HPCL Partnership
The Sajgaon facility is the first Charge_iN station to become operational under Mahindra's partnership with Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL). The two companies announced their agreement in March 2026 to set up EV charging stations at HPCL retail outlets across India. Additional stations under the partnership are at various stages of development and construction. The collaboration is aimed at expanding public EV charging infrastructure through existing fuel retail outlets.
180 kW Chargers at Charge_iN Stations
Charge_iN stations are equipped with 180 kW dual-gun chargers. According to Mahindra, these chargers can charge the company's electric SUVs, including the XEV 9e, BE 6 SPORTEQ and XEV 9S, from 20% to 80% in approximately 20 minutes under specified conditions. The stations are located along major highway routes and offer access to facilities such as restaurants and cafés.
Charging Network Accessible to Multiple EV Brands
Charge_iN is an open network that allows electric vehicle owners across brands to access its charging points through the Charge_iN by Mahindra app, the Me4U app and other EV charging aggregator platforms. The network is also expected to become available on the HP eCharge app.
Mahindra EV owners can access around 35,000 public charging points across multiple charging point operators through the Me4U app. This includes charging stations available on the HP eCharge network.
