Segment-Wise Surge

Two-wheelers dominated the scene as most activities happened in this category:

  1. Electric two-wheelers: 1.28 million units sold, 57% of total EVs - picture scooters zooming in traffic in Delhi.
  2. Three Wheelers: 0.8 million units, 35% share, achieving 32% in its segment as it satisfies an essential requirement in the
  3. Four-wheelers: 175,000 units, with goods carriers picking up pace in logistics companies who are attracted to savings.​

Festive sales in Q4 drove volume sales up, with Uttar Pradesh at the top of the charts with 400,000+ units (18% market share). Followed closely by Maharashtra and Karnataka, reflecting the effectiveness of state incentives despite differences in their programs.


What Caused the Expansion?
