Honda Cars India has introduced targeted discounts for May 2026 instead of uniform offers across its portfolio. The company is focusing on select models such as the Amaze, City, and Elevate, with benefits structured around extended warranty packages, exchange bonuses, and loyalty schemes.

The approach indicates a shift towards non-cash benefits, particularly extended warranty coverage of up to seven years, along with selective price support on specific variants and model year inventory.

Honda Amaze: Old vs New Generation Positioning

Honda Amaze is being offered in both second-generation and third-generation versions, with different benefit structures.

The second-generation Amaze comes with total benefits of up to Rs 58,000. These include Rs 10,000 cash discount, Rs 10,000 exchange bonus, corporate benefits, loyalty schemes, and a seven-year extended warranty calculated on the discounted price.

The third-generation Amaze ZX variant is offered with total benefits of up to Rs 67,000. This includes Rs 15,000 cash discount and Rs 15,000 exchange support, along with corporate and loyalty benefits and extended warranty coverage.

The pricing gap between the two versions remains limited, indicating parallel efforts to clear older stock while supporting the newer model’s adoption.

Honda City: Higher Benefits on Select Variants

Honda City (fifth generation) is being offered with benefits of up to Rs 1.56 lakh. This includes Rs 40,000 cash discount and exchange benefits ranging from Rs 20,000 for V and VX variants to Rs 60,000 for the ZX variant, along with corporate and loyalty schemes and extended warranty.

The hybrid version, Honda City e:HEV, is listed with total benefits of up to Rs 1.97 lakh. This includes Rs 1.8 lakh in cash discount along with extended warranty support.

Honda Elevate: Focus on Manual Variants and MY2025 Stock

Honda Elevate manual variants are available with total benefits of up to Rs 2.12 lakh. These include cash discounts of up to Rs 40,000, exchange benefits up to Rs 30,000, and additional corporate and loyalty schemes. Additional benefits are also applicable on Model Year 2025 units, indicating inventory adjustments ahead of upcoming demand cycles.
