Ferrari Plans Two New Dealerships in India

Ferrari plans to expand its retail network in India with two new dealerships by the end of 2026. The company will partner with KUN Group to establish a dealership in Chennai and Infinity Group to open a facility in Ahmedabad.

The planned additions will expand Ferrari's presence in southern and western India. The company has also outlined plans to engage with its existing customers and enthusiasts through events and other initiatives.

Ferrari Luce and Other Models on Display

The Universo Ferrari exhibition includes several models from the company's current road car range. These include the Ferrari 849 Testarossa Spider, 12Cilindri Spider, Amalfi Spider and F80.

The Ferrari Luce also features in a dedicated display covering its design, technology and development. The exhibition includes the Daytona SP3 and a display of its 840 CV V12 engine, along with the Tailor Made 12Cilindri Manuale.

The historic car section features models such as the F50 and 365 GTB4. A Ferrari 612 Scaglietti, which participated in the 2008 Magic India Discovery tour, is also on display.

Racing Cars and Motorsport Projects

The racing section features the SF-26 Formula 1 car, the 499P endurance racer and the 296 GT3. The exhibition also includes the 296 Challenge, which uses a six-cylinder engine and competes in Ferrari's single-make racing series. Ferrari has also included Hypersail, its sailing project, in the exhibition. The display covers the company's activities beyond road cars and circuit racing.

Tailor Made India Project Features 10 Configurations

Ferrari has developed the Tailor Made India project in collaboration with students from the National Institute of Design (NID). The project involved students developing concepts based on the identity of 10 Indian cities. Ferrari Design translated these concepts into 10 digital vehicle configurations, comprising five Ferrari 12Cilindri models and five Ferrari Purosangue models.

The cities represented are Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Jaipur, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Varanasi and Goa. The designs draw on local cultural influences through colours, materials and patterns.

Around 1,000 Students to Engage With Ferrari

As part of the exhibition, around 1,000 students were invited to participate in seminars and discussions with Ferrari representatives. The programme covered subjects such as leadership, technology, innovation, product development, design and entrepreneurship.

Ferrari also held a charity auction during a client dinner in association with Avelon Luxe, which has joined the company as an India-based partner for the Ferrari Hypercar and Ferrari Challenge Middle East series.

The auction featured 10 lots, with proceeds directed towards educational initiatives supported by Ferrari and Save the Children, as well as Bal Raksha Bharat in India. The funds are intended to support school readiness, foundational learning, educational materials and classroom development.

25 Ferraris Travel From Mumbai to New Delhi

To mark the exhibition, 25 Ferraris travelled approximately 1,800 kilometres from Mumbai to New Delhi. The route passed through Vadodara, Udaipur, Jaipur and Agra before reaching the capital.

The journey forms part of Ferrari's activities in India, where the company is seeking to expand its retail network and engage with customers, enthusiasts and emerging talent.
