The May 2026 performance highlights the continued expansion of India's electric two-wheeler market, driven by improving product offerings, wider distribution networks, and increasing consumer acceptance. While established OEMs such as TVS, Bajaj, Hero MotoCorp, and Ather continue to consolidate market share, emerging players like River Mobility and Simple Energy are demonstrating strong growth momentum. With several new product launches and capacity expansion plans lined up across the industry, electric two-wheeler adoption is expected to remain on an upward trajectory through the remainder of 2026.
