Servotech Power Systems has secured a contract to develop 12 EV charging stations in Kerala. Awarded by The Agency for New and Renewable Energy Research and Technology (ANERT), this initiative will support the state’s growing electric vehicle infrastructure.
Project Phases and Installation Details
The project will be executed in two phases. The first phase will install four EV charging stations, followed by the second phase, which will add eight more. Each station will be equipped with 30KW Fast DC EV Chargers, placed at various Kerala Motor Vehicle Department locations.

South India is becoming a major hub for electric vehicle production and exports. The region’s growing demand for hybrid electric vehicles (HEVs) enhances fuel efficiency, reduces costs, and lowers pollution. Increased investment in EV charging infrastructure is further improving the market outlook.
