JSW MG Motor India has collaborated with Google Cloud India to introduce two AI chatbots, Avira and Vir, which have been developed using Google Cloud’s AI capabilities and Riafy.

The chatbots are designed to elevate customer interactions and service and are the first of their kind in India to utilize advanced digital technology for customer engagement. Built on PaLM 2, a robust language model developed by Google, the chatbots are accessible on the MG website, WhatsApp, EVPEDIA website, and EVPEDIA WhatsApp.

As part of JSW MG Motor India’s comprehensive AI strategy, digital assistants have been implemented to optimize operational efficiency, elevate customer experiences, drive sales, and gain valuable insights from customer interactions. These chatbots utilize customer preferences and historical data to tailor responses, enabling personalized real-time interactions that can enhance customer satisfaction and trust.
