Although similar to the GLA in design, the EQA offers an electrified powertrain and added features. The official claimed range of the EQA stands at 560km. However, how does it perform in real-world conditions?
Real-World Range Test: What We Found
After charging the EQA to 100%, we reset the trip meter and drove a route combining city and highway driving. The battery was fully drained after the vehicle covered a distance of 445km. While the claimed range is 560km, the EQA managed 79% of that figure in the real world.

Range vs. Claimed Figures
Although the real-world range of 445km falls short of the 560km WLTP claim, achieving over 79% of the rated range is a solid performance, especially considering varied driving conditions. For daily urban and highway commutes, this range proves to be more than sufficient for most users.
