Ola Electric has announced a 1-day service resolution guarantee to address rising customer complaints. Founder Bhavish Aggarwal revealed plans to open 1,000 “on-demand and AI-powered” service centers across India, ensuring faster customer service.
Backup Scooters and Benefits for Ola Care+ Users
If the company fails to resolve issues within one day, Ola Electric will provide a backup S1 scooter. Ola Care+ customers will also receive free Ola Cabs coupons during service delays.
New Service Measures After Recent Incident
The announcement comes shortly after a man was arrested for setting motorcycles on fire at a showroom. The incident followed his frustration over unresolved issues with his two-wheeler.
Ola Electric also introduced the EV Service Training Program. This initiative aims to train 1 lakh third-party mechanics under its ‘Network Partner Program’ to expand the service network.
