Tata Motors has heralded a grand foray into the premium electric SUV segment. With the formal launch of its flagship EV, the Harrier.EV, on June 3, 2025. Starting price from ₹21.49 lakh (ex-showroom). The Harrier EV comes as a technological tour de force with a host of segment-first features. New parameters of performance, luxury, and capability in the Indian EV space. Reservations for the Harrier EV start on July 2, 2025, at Tata dealerships and online channels.
Harrier.EV: Segment-Leading Features and Variants
The Harrier EV comes in three different versions. Adventure, Fearless, and Empowered. Suited for broad range of customers. Every version is provided with two battery options: a 65kWh and a 75kWh model. Powered by state-of-the-art lithium-iron phosphate technology for improved safety and durability. The top-spec Empowered version also introduces a striking Stealth Edition. With black-out exterior for a bold, city-centric appearance.

Performance: Power Meets Efficiency
The Harrier EV is the fastest and most powerful Tata vehicle so far. Its all-wheel-drive (AWD) dual-motor system pumps out a combined 391 bhp and 504 Nm of torque. Allowing for a 0–100 km/h acceleration under an 6.3 seconds in Boost mode. AWD setup, which Tata has dubbed QWD (Quad Wheel Drive). It is new to a Tata EV and gives even better traction and off-road performance.

The design of the Harrier EV draws inspiration from the collaboration between Tata and Jaguar Land Rover. Based on the Acti.ev Plus platform.
