The Creta Electric will be available with two options for the battery: a 42 kWh, which will offer a range of about 390 km, and a more potent 51.4 kWh battery, which should provide around 473 km of range on a single charge. The smaller battery will be featured in most of the variants, while the larger option will feature in mid-spec and top-of-the-line models.
Competitive Landscape
The Creta Electric will enter the competitive segment and compete with other models like the Tata Curvv EV, MG ZS EV, and Mahindra BE6E that has recently hit the market. Analysts are of the view that Hyundai has a strong quality and reliability reputation which may give it an edge over new entrants, making it an attractive option for consumers. Reactions to the model by the industry are very positive. Experts are expecting that Creta Electric would define new benchmarks when it comes to pricing and features in its class.
