Design:
Based on a modular and scalable foundation, shared with multiple models in the BGauss’s lineup, the newly-introduced RUV 350 underpins a specific chassis architecture platform known as the Giga Platform. The RUV 350 boasts a micro-alloy tubular frame, while the suspension is handled by a telescopic fork at the front and twin shock absorbers at the rear. In the hardware section, both the wheels utilizes drum-brakes, riding on a 16-inch tubeless tires. An all-LED bi projector headlights are used to glaze the nights alongside LED taillamp and side blinkers.

BGauss offers, the RUV 350 into three different variants. The mid and top-end trims, EX and Max provides accessibility to advanced technology, which includes a 5-inch smart TFT display, featuring smartphone connectivity and turn by turn navigation. Other highlights as, cruise control, hill-hold assist and fall-detection system also adds value to the overall package.
Powertrain:
All the three trims of the BGauss RUV 350, draws power from a single 3 kwh Li-Ion battery source, delivering different range figures. The RUV 350Oi, is the entry-level variant, that offers range of upto 90 km on a single charge, just as the mid-spec variant EX.
However, the top-end variant Max has a range of about 120 km on a single charge. The 3.5 kw electric motor of this scooter, delivers a peak torque of 165 km and the top speed is claimed to be around 75 kmph.
Price:
The prices of all three variants of the BGauss RUV 350 differ. The top-end variant, Max, is priced at Rs 1.35 Lakh (ex-showroom). The mid-spec variant, EX, costs approximately Rs 1.25 Lakh (ex-showroom). The entry-level variant, Oi, is available at a price ranging from Rs 1.10 Lakh (ex-showroom). These prices are determined by the features and range provided with each trim level.
