Ola Electric has announced new discount offers on their electric scooters, valid from July 3 to July 10. They have reduced the prices of their flagship models, the S1 Pro and S1 Air, by Rs 2,500 each. This brings the post-discount prices to Rs 1,31,499 for the S1 Pro and Rs 1,03,499 for the S1 Air.
Additionally, Ola Electric is providing financial incentives to customers who use specific credit cards such as Federal Bank, IDFC Bank, One
Card, and Yes Bank. These cardholders can avail themselves of either a 5% discount or cashback up to Rs 5,000, depending on which option is more beneficial for them.
Alongside these model-specific discounts, Ola Electric is maintaining a nationwide offer on the S1X+, with a substantial Rs 15,000 reduction in its price, making it available at Rs 84,999.
Previously, Ola Electric introduced the “Ola Electric Rush” campaign, featuring a Rs 10,000 discount on the Ola S1X+. These latest discounts are a strategic response to the company’s recent decline in market share, despite holding onto a 46% share in June. The aim is to strengthen their position in the highly competitive electric scooter market through these aggressive promotions.
By offering attractive discounts, Ola Electric aims to retain the interest of potential customers and incentivize existing ones to upgrade or make new purchases. These efforts underscore the company’s commitment to remaining competitive and meeting the evolving demands of consumers in the electric vehicle sector.
